APC Is Like A Religion in Kogi State – Fanwo

The Director General on Media and Publicity to the Governor of Kogi State, Mr Kingsley Fanwo has described the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) as the party to beat in 2019.

In an exclusive chat with Kogireports, Fanwo said APC is like a religion in Kogi State.

He stated that the leadership of the party from the Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, to the party structure have made APC attractive to Kogi electorate.

The governor’s spokesman explained that the disposition of Governor Bello to youth and women inclusion has also expanded the frontiers of the party in the State.

He commended party members for voting en mass for President Muhammadu Buhari during the recently conducted presidential primary election in Kogi State.

“The Presidential primaries were hugely successful in Kogi State. It has given us the reason to believe we will give Mr President more votes than he got in 2015. It was very peaceful and our party men and women deserve great commendation for their solidarity and support for Mr President. This is PMB’s second home.

“By the grace of God and the support of our people, we shall win convincingly in 2019,” he said.
